=== Section 1. Repeal of Ratifying Resolution ===
::The Open Parliament hereby authorizes and directs the executive, immediately after the enactment of this paragraph, to pursue the orderly dissolution of the Interregional Legislative Coalition and to secure the withdrawal of the Social Liberal Union from it. The Delegate and Minister of Foreign Affairs, in the performance of their ordinary constitutional duties related to foreign relations, shall negotiate and arrange for all needful preparations which they determine to be proper to wind up the affairs of the Interregional Legislative Coalition as well as simultaneously withdraw the Social Liberal Union from and dissolve the Interregional Legislative Coalition. Thereafter, the Cabinet may by the constitutional majority of its members, by executive order officially proclaim and certify the occurrence of the same withdrawal and dissolution, which proclamation shall be deemed final and conclusive evidence thereof. The day following the date of the issuance of the proclamation, T-5 shall be considered terminated and un-ratified by operation of law as the preamble and text of this Resolution, saving and excepting this paragraph only, shall cease to be of any force or effect. Consistent with the terms of T-5, as ratified, a proclamation issued pursuant to this paragraph shall be construed to be evidence of the effective repeal of the resolution originally consenting to the ratification of this treaty.

The Open Parliament finds and declares that as a consequence of the withdrawal of all or nearly all other member regions of the Interregional Legislative Coalition, it has effectively ceased to function for all practical purposes. Therefore, upon the enactment of this Amendment, the Open Parliament decrees that as a matter of domestic and interregional law, the Interregional Legislative Coalition is dissolved and its remaining assets, if any, shall escheat to the Social Liberal Union.

This Amendment to the Resolution which ratified the Social Liberal Union's accession into the Interregional Legislative Coalition provides for its repeal and proclaims the dissolution of the Interregional Legislative Coalition as a subject of interregional law.

Section 1. Repeal of Ratifying Resolution

R-16: T-5 Ratification Resolution is hereby repealed in its entirety, and, accordingly T-5: On the Accession of the Social Liberal Union into the Interregional Legislative Coalition shall cease to be considered ratified by operation of the Constitution.

Section 2. Proclamation of Dissolution

The Open Parliament finds and declares that as a consequence of the withdrawal of all or nearly all other member regions of the Interregional Legislative Coalition, it has effectively ceased to function for all practical purposes. Therefore, upon the enactment of this Amendment, the Open Parliament decrees that as a matter of domestic and interregional law, the Interregional Legislative Coalition is dissolved and its remaining assets, if any, shall escheat to the Social Liberal Union.
