WHEREAS the Social Liberal Union, as a whole, promotes and values international cooperation, as best exemplified by the World Assembly; and
WHEREAS the Social Liberal Union would vastly benefit from an enhanced effort towards furthering its values within the World Assembly; and
WHEREAS it has been the resounding opinion of the Open Parliament to only pursue relations with regions or organizations that share the values of the Social Liberal Union; and
WHEREAS the organization known as the "International Legislative Coalition" exemplifies these aforementioned values; and
WHEREAS this organization brings together a community of like-minded individuals focused on furthering their shared values within the World Assembly; and
WHEREAS the international reputation of the Social Liberal Union may be improved by joining this organization;

T-5: On the Accession of the Social Liberal Union into the Interregional Legislative Coalition is hereby ratified in its entirety, and the Social Liberal Union is established and proclaimed as a Member Region of the Interregional Legislative Coalition.
