The October–November 2019 World Assembly Delegate election began with a nomination period of 21 to 28 October 2019. Incumbent Courelli was eligible for reelection, but did not run. Koiho was nominated by Goncar on 21 October and accepted their nomination on 22 October. Voting lasted from 30 October to 5 November; 14 overall votes were cast, with one being invalid. Koiho won 10 votes, to Ramelia's 3, and was thus duly elected the 16th World Assembly Delegate.[1]
