Elected Delegate

Nominations and campaigning for the position of World Assembly Delegate opened on 10 November 2018, and closed one week later. The Speaker of the Union, Hirematia, served as the Election Administrator. The final vote was verified by Minister of Domestic Affairs Courelli. There were 20 total valid votes cast, with zero full abstentions. Goncar won election after they received a majority of votes against Castillecrest. The first term of the Goncaran Constitutional Period began on 24 November 2018.

Brys Questions and North American Republics nominated Goncar on 10 November 2018, and North American Republics "preemptively declined" nomination, assuring that they would not serve a second consecutive term. Goncar accepted the same day. Brys Questions then nominated Kanoria on 15 November, a nomination not acted upon—thus, Kanoria by default did not run. The same day Helvurium nominated Castillecrest, who accepted their nomination. Apparently jokingly, Courelli self-nominated and declined; the candidates were thus Goncar and Castillecrest[1].
