Nominations and campaigning for the office of World Assembly Delegate opened on 26 January 2013 and closed on 3 February 2013. The Speaker of the Union, North American Republics, served as the Election Administrator.[1] There were 21 valid votes cast, with no abstentions.[2] The final vote was verified by an unknown Member State. Grolsch won the election after gaining more votes than Ceni. Their second term began on 10 February 2013.

Grolsch and Ceni both nominated themselves on 27 January 2013.[3]
