Executive Order Granting Deputy Ministers In-game Powers

WHEREAS, the Regional Officers Act defines the possible types of ingame powers that may be assigned to a regional officer;

WHEREAS, the general good of the region would be best served by involving deputy ministers more in day-to-day governance of the region;

NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the authority vested in the Cabinet by the Constitution, is it HEREBY ORDERED as follows:

Section 1. The Deputy Minister of Immigration shall be a regional officer with authority over:

1.1. Border Control, for all lawful purposes regarding matters of immigration.

Section 2. The Deputy Minister of Domestic Affairs shall be a regional officer with authority over:

2.1. Communications, for all lawful purposes regarding region-wide telegrams, welcome telegrams, and matters of censorship; and
2.2. Appearance, for all lawful purposes; and
2.3. Polls, for all lawful purposes.

Section 3. The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs shall be a regional officer with authority over:

3.1. Border Control, for all lawful purposes regarding matters of defense.

Section 4. Deputy Ministers shall defer to their respective Minister, the Delegate, or to the Cabinet when requested, or in high-profile or significant use of in-game powers.
