Nominations and campaigning for the office of Speaker of the Union opened on 9 December 2011 and closed on 16 December 2011. Millyland served as the Election Administrator.[1] Azerzia won the election after gaining more votes than Cemaes. [2] Their term began on 23 December 2011.
