WHEREAS, on the twentieth day of May in the two thousand seventeenth year of the Common Era, the third and current Constitution of the Social Liberal Union was passed and enacted; and
WHEREAS the Third Constitution streamlined and improved various aspects of the Social Liberal Union and its government; and
WHEREAS the passage of the Third Constitution was a momentous occasion for the Social Liberal Union, and is worthy of celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, in recognition of this historic event in Social Liberal Union history, the twentieth of May shall henceforth be known as "Constitution Day.”
