This Proposed Act Amendment renames the Ainish Order of Merit due to their crimes against the region.

Section 1. Establishment of the Order of the Sunken Cookie

Article 2 of the Regional Honours and Awards Act shall be renamed "Order of the Sunken Cookie" and amended to read as follows:

Section 1. Establishment and Purpose of the Order of the Sunken Cookie

The Order of the Sunken Cookie is established in honour of the regional snack and frequent symbol of the Social Liberal Union, the cookie. It shall be considered the most senior Order of Merit. In the view of the nominator, a nominee to the Order shall have made contributions surpassing all expectation and measure, as shown by the nominee's exemplification of the purpose and values of the Social Liberal Union.

Section 2. Admittance Requirements and Limitations

The Speaker of the Union must nominate, and the Cabinet must approve, any State nominated to the Order of the Sunken Cookie. No more than one State may be nominated to the Order within one term of the Speaker.

Section 3. Honorary Title

Members of the Order of the Sunken Cookie may be considered Honorary Founders of the Social Liberal Union.

Section 2. Continuity of Orders

No part of this Act Amendment shall be construed as to modify existing membership of the Orders of Merit.
