This Amendment cleans up the location of citations of laws, as recommended by the Third Order of the Law Commission.

Section 1. Repeal of the Supplementary Organization of Laws Resolution

The Supplementary Organization of Laws Resolution shall be repealed in its entirety.

Section 2. Effective Date

The provisions of this Amendment shall come into effect if and only provided the following conditions; provided, it shall come into effect no later than two months after its passage:

Clause 1. A fifth amendment to the Third Constitution has been passed; and
Clause 2. A second amendment to the Law Commission and Library Act has been passed; and
Clause 3. A first amendment to the Legal Fundamentals Act has been passed.
